Process: With the arms straight, interlock the little fingers behind the back. Place the thumbnail of each hand over the nail on the little fingers. Inhale deeply. Stretch back, expanding the chest.
Meditation: See Chinese yellow energy flowing from the crown, through the heart, and out the arms to the little fingers.
Benefits: The Small Intestine and Heart Merdians end on the little finger. This strengthens the heart, digestion, and breath, as well as munual dexterity. It brings wisdom to handle life's circumstances. It is good for a sense of abundance, and to help one overcome materialism and greed. Detachment.
