Correcting Hiatal Hernia--Structural Priority

Hiatal Hernia is where the stomach pushes up through a weak diaphragm. Symptoms often include stomach acid burning the esophagus. Have the person stand with their back agains a wall. Have them take a deep breath. You then push vigorously in and down on the area just below the ribcage. Do this three times. The person may need to practice breathing with the diaphragm to strengthen it so the correction will hold. A trampoline is an excellent exercise device if not used too vigorously. Without it, drink two glasses of water or liquid on an empty stomach and bounce about 25 times up on toes, down on heels.
